Melbourne Flooring has been amazing to work with, from tile selection, tile removal and installation of 2,400sq ft of sound barrier, porcelain tiles and baseboards. They have a good selection of quality tiles and worked closely to meet my budget, and the condo regulations. During the installation, my unit had a water leak that caused damage. Jim and his team have been supportive, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Nick was great in installing the baseboards and worked around my schedule.

Frank, the installer applied several coats of “leveling “ before putting down the vinyl planking. Fantastic work! I highly recommend them for all your flooring needs!

I contacted Melbourne Beach Flooring for an estimate because my neighbor recommended them. They gave us a fair estimate so we asked them to complete the removal of carpet in our loft and bedroom and replace with a vinyl product called Coretec. They removed all our old builder grade carpet and replaced with a hickory colored vinyl floor, including the stairs. It turned out beautiful! I know that it was somewhat of a challenge to the color differences of the hickory colored product. They were at our house when they said they would be and finished the job when they said they would. I would highly recommend them.

Our entire experience from product selection to installation was optimal. Removal of our existing flooring proved much more difficult than expected, but the installers were very persistent. The end result was a very fine vinyl plank floor where old carpet and tile once existed. We will use these folks in the near future to replace the old carpet upstairs.

I had my floors done by Melbourne Beach Flooring. We did vinyl plank in our office and master bedroom and closet and stairs. Nick did the work and he did an amazing job. First, he was always on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Our floors look AMAZING!! They are beautiful. He is very detailed oriented and did not cut any corners. The work he did on our stairs was incredible..so may cuts and it is perfect. I highly recommend Melbourne Beach Flooring and will be using them again very soon to redo our kitchen floor.

My experience with Jim and Kerry has been exceptional and quite long term. I contacted Melbourne Beach Flooring to purchase and install a tile floor in an older condo in early 2019. Between my out of state residence, work schedule and the arrival of Covid, it took over 1 1/2 years to schedule the installation. I finally gave Jim a key to my condo and let the installers work on their own schedule. The workmanship was superb and the condo was left clean. Melbourne Beach Flooring replaced the floor tile in our entire 2300 sqft home. This involved the removal of some existing tile, kitchen cabinets/counter and the installation of tile and baseboards. The entire process from selection of tile to completion was smooth and professional. Most importantly the finished product is beautiful. This was the first projects we tackled when moving here. Since them I have worked with many other contractors and sadly none have measured up to our experience with Melbourne Beach Flooring. I am a DIYer and very particular. Update to my review 2 years ago. Jim was able to negotiate with the manufacturer of the flooring that his crew installed. Unbeknownst to Jim and installers the flooring was defected and caused irreparable issues. Due to Jim's tenacity with manufacturer I was able to get new flooring that I am thrilled with. Scheduling and install went so smoothly. Floors look beautiful. Have received many compliments and I recommend Melbourne Beach Flooring, they stood by their word and me....thankyou!!!!

When an issue with the order arose and different tile were delivered, they honored their original quote and ate the cost of the new tile and extra shipping. They even installed carpet temporarily ina. Room as we had to wait a few weeks for the new tile to be delivered. They really went above and beyond to help us out. Their price was competitive with all other install quotes too. 10/10 would hire again!

If a higher review than 5 STARS were possible I'd give to them. I needed to augment my existing wood floor by adding to it and got some estimates. I felt very comfortable when speaking with them at their store and made them my choice. For starters, this is a family owned business run by Jim and his wife so right off the bat you receive the type of personable attention you'd never get from a big vendor. On top of that they were not only reasonably priced but beat the other two estimates I had secured. As it turns out the owner himself arrived to do my job. He was on time, did not charge more than what the estimate was and the job turned out beautifully. A truly great experience!
