Great install AND REPAIR! MBF did a fantastic job on the original install about a year ago. Our dishwasher leaked and they were able to fit an emergency weekend appointment into their schedule, take up the flooring, dry it, and reinstall. The floor looks just as great as when it was first installed! Their craftsmanship is top notch and they really care about their customers!

We had a big project and it was handled beautifully with tile rip up, new vinyl and tile, new guest bath and complete gut and remodel of the kitchen. From start to finish the job took just over a month which was important since we were getting this work done on a house we bought before moving in. Not everything went completely smooth as expected with any big project but Nick was always on top of everything and communicated any issues and resolution. Everyone one he brought in to complete the project was professional and on time! I can’t wait to use them again when we tackle our master bath.

Melbourne Flooring has been amazing to work with, from tile selection, tile removal and installation of 2,400sq ft of sound barrier, porcelain tiles and baseboards. They have a good selection of quality tiles and worked closely to meet my budget, and the condo regulations. During the installation, my unit had a water leak that caused damage. I contacted Melbourne Beach Flooring for an estimate because my neighbor recommended them. They gave us a fair estimate so we asked them to complete the removal of carpet in our loft and bedroom and replace with a vinyl product called Coretec. They removed all our old builder grade carpet and replaced with a hickory colored vinyl floor, including the stairs. It turned out beautiful! I know that it was somewhat of a challenge to the color differences of the hickory colored product. They were at our house when they said they would be and finished the job when they said they would. I would highly recommend them.

My experience with Jim and Kerry has been exceptional and quite long term. I contacted Melbourne Beach Flooring to purchase and install a tile floor in an older condo in early 2019. Between my out of state residence, work schedule and the arrival of Covid, it took over 1 1/2 years to schedule the installation. Our entire experience from product selection to installation was optimal. Removal of our existing flooring proved much more difficult than expected, but the installers were very persistent. The end result was a very fine vinyl plank floor where old carpet and tile once existed. We will use these folks in the near future to replace the old carpet upstairs.

Melbourne Beach Flooring did an amazing job with our difficult job. We had unique tile that needed matching, which they sourced for us. When an issue with the order arose and different tile were delivered, they honored their original quote and ate the cost of the new tile and extra shipping. They even installed carpet temporarily ina. Room as we had to wait a few weeks for the new tile to be delivered. They really went above and beyond to help us out. Their price was competitive with all other install quotes too. 10/10 would hire again!

If a higher review than 5 STARS were possible I'd give to them. I needed to augment my existing wood floor by adding to it and got some estimates. I felt very comfortable when speaking with them at their store and made them my choice. For starters, this is a family owned business run by Jim and his wife so right off the bat you receive the type of personable attention you'd never get from a big vendor. On top of that they were not only reasonably priced but beat the other two estimates I had secured. As it turns out the owner himself arrived to do my job. He was on time, did not charge more than what the estimate was and the job turned out beautifully. A truly great experience!
